A technology focused Systems Administrator with a deep interest in cybersecurity and a commitment to keeping systems secure and efficient.

My journey into IT wasn’t linear, but it was intentional. Before diving into systems and security, I spent several years leading teams in a call center environment. That experience gave me a strong foundation in communication, leadership, and problem solving. Skills that have translated seamlessly into the technical world I work in today.

Currently, I support infrastructure and security operations at a healthcare organization, where I contribute to everything from vulnerability management and endpoint protection to patching and mobile device security. I’ve worked with tools like Qualys, ManageEngine, and Sophos, and I'm actively involved in keeping the organization aligned with HITRUST compliance standards.

Education has played a big role in my growth. I hold a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University, along with a stack of industry certifications including CompTIA CASP+, CySA+, PenTest+, and more. I’m constantly learning, not just to keep up with the fast pace of the tech world, but because I genuinely enjoy the challenge.
